Real estate developer Sta Lucia Land Inc. (SLI) posted a net income of P884 million for the first half of the year, 104 percent higher than its year-on-year income of P433 million.
Gross sales from real estate revenues continues to be the main driver of SLI’s growth, with a 98% increase compared to the same period last year.
Gross revenues grew to P3.496 billion, an increase of 70% from last year’s P2.059 billion.
Meanwhile, total assets grew to P 36.696 billion as of June 2019, up from P34.716 billion recorded December 2018.
To sustain the momentum, the company has over 90 ongoing projects nationwide as of 30 June―Quezon City, Marikina City, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Batangas, Bulacan, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Palawan, Iloilo, Silay City and Davao.
