Senator-elect Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go on Friday celebrated his birthday with his fellow Dabawenyos, visiting three districts in the city to extend his sincerest gratitude for their support to the Duterte administration.
Part of his simple celebration was giving of gifts as a sign of gratitude to the orphans and indigenous people of Davao City and even took the time to visit the city jail to provide food packs for the inmates.
When asked for his birthday wish, President Rodrigo Duterte’s former top aide said that he desired a healthy life to be able to continue giving his service to the people.
Meantime, Go said that if given a chance, he wants to be part of the Committee on Health and Committee on Urban Planning, Housing and Resettlement as he shared his plans to address the housing problems in the country – emphasizing that every Filipino family deserves to have a safe and affordable home.
He added that in his 21 years of experience in public service along with President Duterte, he is now ready to continue his people-centered and service-oriented advocacies in the Senate.
