SENATOR RICHARD GORDON

Senator Richard J. Gordon, chairman of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, is not likely to entertain calls for him to re-open the investigation into the smuggling of shabu through the Bureau of Customs after Presidential Son Paolo “Pulong” Duterte and former Presidential Economic Adviser Michael Yang were implicated in the drug case.

Gordon said, that is unless their accusers come to the Blue Ribbon Committee and submit sworn statements and evidence to bolster their allegations against President Rodrigo Durterte’s family and friends.

Former PSSupt. Eduardo P. Acierto, who was implicated in the smuggling of shabu concealed inside magnetic lifters, has accused Yang of involvement in the illegal drugs operation in the country.

Paolo, meanwhile, had been tagged by Alias Vicoy, whose video of him hiding his face behind a veil as he accused the presidential son of involvement in the illegal drugs case, went viral on social media.

Lalo na ngayong election time.

The senator also noted that the opposition senators were given sufficient time during the hearings, to present their witnesses and evidence to prove their allegations against the First Family and their friends. However, they failed to do so.
