Seven new reserve officers received ranks from the Eastern Mindanao Command on Monday.
Lt. General Felimon T. Santos Jr., commander of Eastmincom, donned the ranks of the new reservists during a ceremony at Naval Station Felix Apolinario (NSFA), Panacan, Davao City.
Receiving their ranks as lieutenant colonel were Raymundo G. Agravante, Regional Director of the Department of Labor and Employment Region XI office, and Dr. Mary Christine R. Daligdig, head of the District Hospital Davao Occidental.
Judge Charles S. Concon of the Municipal Trial Court of Maragusan, Atty. Kenneth N. Dabi of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Pastor Lazaro Atencio of the Harvest Hill Baptist Church received the rank of major.
Dr. Alejandro C. Rodriguez of Tagum Doctors Hospital and Dr. Shera L. Elefante of Southern Philippines Medical Center were donned the rank of captain while Allan G. Sacopayo of Multi-Test Diagnostic Center received the second lieutenant rank.
“The organization is grateful for having you as reservist whose qualities are highly needed, professionals who put a premium on national interest and well-being of the people.” Santos told the reservists.
