Faeldon’s son out of jail

Bureau of Corrections chief Nicanor Faeldon’s son was allowed to go out of Naga City Police detention facility on Friday, December 21.

Nicanor Faeldon Jr. was charged earlier for violating Section 7 (visiting a drug den) of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) after he was arrested along with five others in an alleged drug den in Barangay Mabolo, Naga City on December 14.

The court ruled out his case because there was no enough evidence to prove that the house he was visiting is a drug den.
